My wife recently underwent both legs' Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery at SHASHWAT Hospital under Dr Hrishikesh Saraf. I am Shirish Nirgudkar. I underwent successful bilateral knee replacement robotic surgery of both knees, performed by Dr. Hrushikesh Saraf on April 14, 2022. At the time of surgery, I was 66 years old and did not have any other medical conditions, such as diabetes. The post-operative physiotherapy was effectively handled by Dr. Asmita Shah over a period of 30 days. With her support, I was able to regain mobility swiftly. At the end of just 7 weeks post-surgery, I undertook an international travel of approximately 25 hours (home to home) without any issues. Now, more than three years have passed. Over the past 12 months, my average daily walking has increased significantly to nearly 10,000 steps per day, with the maximum being around 22,000 steps in a single day. In addition, I regularly practice yoga in a cross-legged position for about 45 minutes, play golf, and continue with all my normal daily activities. I feel perfectly fine, with no pain or discomfort.
